Support for Symposiums and Research Presentations
- 1. Purpose
- Support for promoting tribology-related technology exchange and its development.
- Assist in funding tribology-related symposiums, research presentations and anniversary lectures (hereinafter called Conference).
- 2. Eligibility and Contents of Grant

- Eligibility of Conference
The event should be held with the purpose of exchanging the information on tribology, not with the purpose of business profit. Basically, memorial conference shall be granted, and regular one could be granted only once if it has special issue.
- Eligibility of Applicant
Only the event organizers can apply to this support for conference.
- Grant amount
Max. US$10,000/year to conference organizers
- Note: It is possible to apply both [Grant Description for Symposiums and Research Presentations] and [Support for young tribologists] at the same time.

- Selected by our Foundation and approved at the Board of Directors Meeting every year.
- 5. Delivery of Grant
- The grants shall be sent to event organization by the bank remittance in U.S. dollars. Please let us know in advance if you would like to receive them in other way.
